| - to start- jocelyn, lady at er desk- 5stars, wendy- 5stars, ms. annette in medical records- 5stars. dr. hart- 4stars. went to this location, my walk, my head, chest, everything was hurting from a mva days prior. dr. hart found i guess somewhat of a prognosis- carotid artery dissection & post concussive syndrome. dischaged me to sunrise- sister hospital. stated more care there as southern hills didn't have neurologist! what?!! was taken by ambulance for emergency surgery. ( keep in mind, there is someone with me). sunrise discharges me with plavix with in 5 minutes. what?! i have to appreciate dr. hart as he did listen or read what i was saying. woke up with a stutter, could not keep anything down, yet baffled at the findings.
this review is basically for the lack of respect, lack of compassion, the lack of professionalism from the so called person jaime primerano!! i refuse to call that person a dr. jaime was the most rude, non helping person in the medical field i have met! what are hospitals and emergency rooms for? this person- jaime says "why are you here"?! seriously?! another person- colby shreve- both horrible- 1st of all- no one made me comfortable as stated in my records! keep in mind, i again have someone with me who can verify this information! these unethical people stated that my pain improved!when? what time? advise me!!! i was no where in agreement with any plan, they left my witness and i in a back room, no chair for her to sit, wanted to leave, but look how unethical these people are- you leave, it will be ama- get outta here!!! contradictory- the unethical people asked-"why am i here?!!! i should have left anyhow, went to a more reputable hospital with caring compassion! another thing people- check your records, they as in southern hills & sunrise tried to say they did mri!! what? no they didn't and if they did, where are the records? i will be disputing , will tell my story and show docs to everyone! let me put the cherry on top- while in triage, these people should never be allowed to care for anyone, they, so called drs were laughing at a patient and plainly said, just give her ice and give them the boot! with a big sigh and laugh behind it! they are lucky i only got to record the last part of the conversation! i would rather die before i ever go back to southern hills or sunrise! to bad my ob is located in there as i will not be seeing anymore either! i would **never recommend either hospital to anyone**
By the way- DON'T LEAVE YOUR AUTOMATED ROBOT RESPONSE ON MY REVIEW- I WOULD NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU PEOPLE AGAIN! GOOD DAY!
