Recently went to Time Warner Cable Arena for the Sam Smith concert. I have also been here a couple times for hockey games and other concerts. When you're entering the building for an event there is usually a line to get in because of the security check (bags and wave a metal detector over you) which is about as useless as it gets. Once inside there is usually ANOTHER line to get in where you have your ticket scanned. The lines sometimes can get backed up because the scanner isn't reading someone's printed at home ticket or on their phone. Two steps forward with technology... one step back.
I have to say that there is really not a bad seat in this place. Despite it being quite large, I haven't ever felt like I had a "bad" seat for any of the events that I have gone to. I will say though that the 200 level seats are very STEEP. It almost made me a little nauseous sitting up that high and looking down such a steep incline. I haven't chosen a seat that high since. But as far as being able to see, it was still pretty good.
The arena for the most part is well maintained and clean. The seats are nice. It's a great venue for concerts and sporting events!
