Maybe all the good reviews are for the really detailed nails? I understand that there a few different kinds of nail places, you know, the spa-like ones or the in and out get the job done kind. This was definitely the latter but it just seemed a bit unkempt, not necessarily dirty but not really appealing in any way. One of the men that greeted us was very friendly bu the other that did my nails was a bit rude. I think he was annoyed because I couldn't pick a color. They didn't have a great selection of non-gel colors and I had a very specific color in mind. We were the first appointments and the only people there so it's not like a million people we waiting. This was one of the fastest manicures I've ever had!
They cut my cuticles well and lotioned/quickly massaged my hands. There was no scrub and the soaking was awkward, had to cross my arms over each other because the table was crowded. He did a good job painting them and it helped that with a Yelp check in it only cost $12.
I'd still go somewhere else for a quickie manicure and I'd absolutely go somewhere else if you're looking to relax - this is NOT the place for that.
Maybe it's just good for the crazy nails?
