  • Alex was exceedingly patient with me as I agonized over my first haircut in two years (I was there for four hours). She listened to exactly what I wanted and gauged how I felt as she was cutting my hair, picked up on my hesitation and explained what she was doing. She intuited a haircut that fit my style and personality much better than I could have described or imagined. I loved her vision, skillful technique, and easy conversation. This is more than I hoped for. Alex is exceptional. My hair feels healthy, bouncy, and alive--it's definitely the best haircut I've ever had. Thank you!!
