  • I had a really good experience and enjoyed browsing the products on the floor. Normally being a Home Depot shopper my visit was a bit of a revelation -- very beautiful, high quality handles, knobs, pulls, and others. The price tags were eye popping but expected and I left with an order for some door pulls, each set significantly more expensive then the doors they will soon grace -- but just beautiful architecture quality pulls. Clearly not for everyone. But as a normal every man, I also appreciated what I experienced as friendly and accommodating and engaged support from the staff there. I can only imagine they must deal with their share of snobby entitled people :) but they were fantastic to me. I would recommend even just to browse and be reminded of that there are interesting, high quality products out there though probably beyond the pocket books of most. Combine with a visit to Chintz and Co across the street.
