  • This location used to be another 24 hour food joint called Sugar Factory. Was expecting a better experience. I had the garlic cheese bread for apps. It's was not your average cheese bread you would expect. It was cut in mini squares and had a little cheese in the center of the tray. Definitely wasn't cheesy enough for me. My wife made reservations in hopes in getting our table immediately upon arrival, keep in mind we have our 9 month son with us so time is valuable. We came on time and had to wait 25 mins for our table. They didn't give us a reason why we had to wait. I didn't find the menu very appealing so I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza. Why? Because it's hard to be disappointed with a Pepperoni Pizza! I was playing is safe. My wife had the Crab Cake and didn't finish it. Note to management, if a customer just takes a bite and doesn't eat the rest, I recommend asking if the customer would like to order something else or take the item off their check, especially if you know it wasn't liked. Our waitress was busy with other diners. She didn't even take our drink order. Had to flag her down and let her know we want to order drinks. Back to the pizza, it was good. Cheesy and greasy just the way a pizza should be. Our other 2 guest has some pasta and steak, they didn't complain so I'm assuming it was good. We payed around $250 for 3 drinks, one app, and four entrees. Not bad for Vegas. The place definitely needs to improve on their guest experience.
