  • I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. Here was my experience. I came home to a massive amount of bees, I am highly allergic and have a dog that spends a lot of time chasing birds out of the tree where the hive was being built. I googled "bee removal" they were the first to show up with an ad stating 1 hour response time. I didn't hesitate, I called. The guy who answered the phone was friendly. Yes, they are expensive and maybe with less panic, I could have called around and got a better price from someone who may show up in a few hours or the next day. I had zero time to spare. These guys were at my door in 15 minutes, they were super friendly and professional. They explained everything to us and I felt were knowledgeable. They weren't selling anything, they were there to get rid of the bees. The bees are gone, did I pay more? Possibly, however I have zero regrets, and I would probably use them again if necessary. I just may try to negotiate a better deal. I didn't read the fine print, because I didn't care at the moment, but they guy did say there was a guaranty for a certain period of time. I don't recall if it was 30, 60, or 90.
