  • Tom came out and brought samples of carpet. We were originally going to go with a less expensive carpet but when I saw the higher end sample - I had to have it. And I'm so glad we went with that. We had three bedrooms done and with Tom's help in picking out the color - they look beautiful. Cushy to walk on and nice and thick. I just keep walking into the rooms and saying, "Wow!" Price was reasonable also. Tom's customer service is great. He arranged everything the first day we saw him and his guys showed us right when he said they would. They moved the furniture with care and did a wonderful job installing the carpet. Very professional, polite, very nice. Next time Ineed flooring done, I'll only call Tom!
