Never again. I was ignored when I arrived for my 1030 appointment until 1045--literally just stood there in the sun like an idiot while employees passed by telling me "someone will be with you shortly". I should've left then. Tom was my service manager and didn't update me even once on the progress of my car. An oil change should never take 2.5 hours, but I thought since they were fixing some recall of my satellite radio that maybe that's what was taking so long. But again, nobody would update me. I spoke to several people regarding the car, as it was just sitting out there, but I was told that Tom had gone to lunch. Turns out the car had been done for quite some time. Tom never showed back up so they gave me my receipt and told me to fill out a survey. They even said "we would love you to put satisfied". The only person satisfied here was Tom with his long lunch. What a waste of a day off!
