  • I was very polite on the phone and asked for a basic one time all bug service, guy kept trying to up sale me and then put me on hold, came back and then continued to get me on a monthly service. It's a shame how much people can't listen to a customer and how many times I had to repeat myself. I usually don't like writing bad reviews but this guy literally made me repeat myself 9 times.
