  • I got insurance with Sam about a year ago and the process was absolutely seamless. The staff at sams office were welcoming and extremely helpful about answering my questions and making sure I had the proper coverage to protect me. A few months ago I was in a really bad accident and my car was totaled, Sam was sure to check on me and make sure the claim was moving forward. When I was in the process of buying a new car I also needed to check what my rates would be and Melissa in the office was kind enough to check for every car I looked at and got back to me within 10 minutes of what my premiums would be. Sam and his staff have been so welcoming and made buying a new car so easy by getting back to me so quickly. Being an adult on your own can be scary especially with insurance but Sam made sure I knew exactly what I was covered for and explained all of my options. Thank you all so much!!
