| - I cashed in a groupon, which seems to be the trend here. It was for a 60 minute couples massage.
My therapist, Ben, did a great job. He gets 5 stars. He listened to all of my requests and a day later I feel great!
The building overall lost a star for me. I understand that they JUST moved, but the place is a barren wasteland currently. This could definitely improve over time, but part of the ambience of a massage and any other "spa" service is a warm, calm welcome. This was a brightly lit, two room welcome area with mismatched metal chairs and items for sale set up on "yard sale" tables.
Like I said, this could be moving pains, but when you run a spa, maybe close for a few days so that this isn't the first thing people see when they walk in.
They also offer competitive membership rates. It's a little far from me to commit to that, but I'd go back.
