  • My drive thru experiences here have always been fine. It's the service inside that has never been perfect. Today I waited almost ten minutes for my second coffee in a less than busy shop. Another occasion with a friend a few weeks ago was less than pleasant when his cold brew that was ordered with no ice came with ice. These things happen but the angry barista who addressed his issue was not what I have come to expect from the chain. It is always an unreasonable wait inside. Long story short, just go through the drive thru!
