  • Impressive building but unfortunately that's the best part of the experience. Found a dining set in their catalog for a new kitchen renovation. Also was interested in a large sectional for the adjoining family room. The store had neither on display and referred me to the website for photos. Asked for swatches for the fabric on the sectional...also nothing in the store. Who would buy almost $8000 in furniture without seeing it, sitting in it and holding swatches in your rooms? Staff was indifferent but did apologize...said they face those issues daily. As I was leaving, the sales associate handed me three catalogs suggesting they might be more helpful in selecting fabrics etc. they literally weight 5-6 lbs and I graciously handed them back suggesting other customers might have more blind faith in their orders. Found a great store named Ladlows down the street. Locally owned and a huge showroom with a wide variety of styles and plenty of swatch options. Skip RH and check out this store instead.
