How are there so many bad reviews? I guess I better wait for my invoice from my first ever rental period which was today 12-3. They estimated me, and I returned by 245. So I'm hoping that I don't get any of these hidden fees everyone else is talking about. I joined recently and had great experiences with customer service. The car was OK. A lancer, drove well. Didn't go very far so, I was ok with it. I'm hoping that this wasn't a mistake.... They said it's a yearly fee of 45$. And if I don't want to stay, I can leave. Hmmm, after reading all these bad reviews I'm starting to get worried. Let's see. Cmon Autoshare, you should be ashamed of the reviews on here!
Autoshare has done it again! My last rental was on Oct 22. Car was returned on time with no issues.
I magically got a phone call today from Betsey, who was rude, condescending in her tone, and very difficult to speak to speak to. She would cut me off whiles I was speaking. She was accusatory in her manner. The phone call was to accuse me of leaving a spare tire on the car (which is absurd) and to accuse me of tons and tons of dog hair in the car. She issued me a cleaning bill of 300+ LOL. And then also told me I have to pay for a tire change. Lmao. I told her... You are not calling me 9 days later to accuse me of this bs. Told her I was cancelling my account and NOT paying a penny. Peace out Autoshare. There are more car sharing companies out there you know. ;)
