  • This Firestone gives the brand a bad name! If I could give it a negative star that would be more deserving. We have been going to Firestone for years and I have never received such bad customer service as we did at pebble creek. The manager of the store was one of the rudest individuals I have encountered. He treated us with sarcasm, hostility, and his tone was very argumentative. The prices here were more expensive and he found MULTIPLE things wrong with the car-said it was going to be over 800 dollars to fix. When we asked him to justify this he compared himself to a doctor and said we wouldn't ask a doctor these questions about or healthy so we should do the same for him. Is he serious?!? I will NEVER use this location again. It was closer to our new home so we thought we'd give it a try-bad idea! We love Firestone but this location needs to close! Read the other reviews as well and take your business elsewhere. You will get better car service, better customer service, and less arrogant people who think they are both doctors and technicians.
