  • I've seen Zara for 8 years for facial waxing, then threading, and recently, Feri, for facial threading, for over a year. Both women are amazing. Keep in mind that Cloud 9 is one of the few salons in the Valley that has wax for sensitive skin on hand if requested. Furthermore, you're not going to find better threading, in a calming, personalized environment (no public threading chairs an garish lights) anywhere. Feri will carefully inspect your face with her light after each treatment, give you a mirror, and ask you if anything was missed. She uses tweezers to remove individual strays- this will NEVER happen in chair-only threading parlors. Since moving, I don't hesitate to travel from LA to see Feri because she is absolutely the best. In addition to her innate understanding of the most natural and harmonious eyebrow shape, as well as hairline, she is also the warmest and kindest individual who is also honest about what is and isn't achievable with her work. To make matters even more amazing, Feri is meticulous with her work and her post care instructions- since working with her, I have never had a post-threading breakout. Ever. That is extremely rare for this procedure and my skin type. Despite living in a giant metropolis with a multitude of options, there is only one Feri and I can't imagine seeing anyone else for facial threading.
