rev:text	Just had my first annual check up! Great service and I heard about all the new products coming out without being pushed into buying. I am so glad I ditched my home warranty (which was only used on my old air unit) and repurposed my money towards a new air unit with Aireserv of the East Valley. My electric bill went down, my house value went up, and I am paying less on a 10 year air warranty than I would have to my home warranty to replace all the things wrong with the old unit. The guys who come out are always great too!!
