rev:text	I came here because I have heard about their stuff french toast. As with the other reviews, I kind of thought the owner or whoever was in the front was kind of grumpy. I usually don't care about those kind of things, as long as you don't spit in my food or do anything like that, I just want to be by myself and enjoy my food and paper. I am not really into service, more into good food. So I ordered the stuffed french toast and a side of potatoes. The french toast was a big chunk of a loaf of bread that was stuffed with mascapone cheese and the crust they left on became really hard in the process. It was essentially like a cinnamon roll. I have had french toast made from cinnamon roll before and it always turn out to be too dry and hard. A few places have tried it but never successfully and again this was the same. The French toast was more like big toast than french. Dry and kind of hard on the crust. I had stuff french toast that was done right before, they took the crust off and made manageable rectangles which were like real french toast, light crisp on outside and moist on inside. So so much for the signature dish there. The potatoes were actually very good. Looked like did it with nice details, some seasoning to it, did not had to add anything. Good amount of crisp without burning it and very tender on the inside of the potatoes. So the potatoes were 5 star and the french toast a 1 star so average out to be 3. My reasoning for the 3 star. Definitely would like to try their baked pancakes, their other signature dish. Maybe another time, but they do kind of open late for a breakfast place.
