| - Customer service sucks!!! Upon entering the small store, you are greeted with unfriendly faces and very little help. We were there in need of flowers for a funeral, and we were taken advantage of. They encouraged us to buy the most expensive, biggest setting. They don't open on Sundays, which is the day of our funeral, so they delivered it the day before and didn't guarantee us the freshness of the flowers since it was a day later. Instead of reassuring us, they tried to sell us a bigger arrangement which was more expensive. We asked for white flowers, mostly white roses, with a touch of pink roses. We got an array of white flowers(not roses) and pink colored carnations. For $600, I expected better flowers.
Not only did we get ripped off, but the guests knew what type of arrangements and flowers they paid for, they saw a much less version of it at the funeral. They were pissed off and embarrassed that they were given such poor quality flowers.
One advice: CHOOSE ANOTHER FLOWER SHOP!!!
