  • We live in Buckeye. We have had this service for almost one year. We signed up for $90.00 every quarter. (Which means they come out every 90 days) We were told if we needed them to come out more they would do so at no extra cost. At first, everything was great. Service rep would do the outside and inside. They were very detailed and polite. Fast forward three months ago and everything has gone down hill. I called them up because bugs were coming into the house from the outside. I made an appointment for the next week. When the device rep arrived he told me he would only do the outside. I called the office and I was told 'sorry' but they would only do the outside even though I had bugs inside. Now, today they arrived again for my regular visit and said they didn't realize they were suppose to do the inside. There attitude was lacking. They hardly used any chemicals and they didn't bother to spray my front patio area where most of the bugs seen to come into my guest front bathroom.
