  • I was a long time customer of Duluth trading until last week. I entered an order on line and received an acknowledgement from Duluth Trading right away. That's when the problem started. What Duluth Trading calls customer service was totally not helpful. My order disappeared into a black hole and Duluth Trading just told me to replace it but would not honor the promotion that was in effect when I placed my original order. Amazing how many years of loyalty on my part means nothing when Duluth Trading looses my order. Amazing what social media will do. Just got a call from Duluth Trading apologizing and honoring my order at the sale price. Thank you
