| - I will not be going back to her office. Her staff completely ruins the atmosphere with their extremely ghetto behavior. I am surprised that she hasn't fired all of them. Each time I have been to her office the woman at the window has been truly unkind to me. The last time I came to see Yvonne, was for a cough that I was suffering from. I asked her to prescribe me some syrup. She agreed and we looked through a book together for syrups that are safe while breastfeeding. We narrowed it down to three syrups and she said she would send one over to my pharmacy. I got home and waited for CVS to alert me when my prescription was ready. One day passed, and then another, so I went down to CVS and asked what was going on. They informed me that nothing was sent over. I called Yvonne's office during regular business hours and got no answer, so I left a message. They did not return my call for days. During this, I continued to call each day and leave voicemails pleading for them to return my calls. Finally, I grew angry and left an unpleasant message. I received a call back in under thirty minutes. I recognized the mans voice on the phone, as he was one of the ghetto staff I had seen earlier that week. I told him how much I was suffering from my cough and he informed me that "after giving it some thought, Yvonne changed her mind about giving you the cough medicine. She said it isn't safe for breastfeeding." Well, that was not true. We found three that were safe. She should have called and spoken with me about it rather than leaving me hanging! My throat was bleeding and it was super raw. I could hardly take a breath at that point! I quickly told him how unacceptable this whole situation was and that I was not accepting no for an answer. Finally, he told me that I could come into the office and pick up my prescription if I wanted it. This was a huge inconvenience, but I NEEDED THE MEDICINE, so I drove for over thirty minutes to get it. The rude lady at the window didn't acknowledge me standing at the window for minutes. When she finally opened the window, she spoke to me as if I were inconveniencing her. She had a terrible attitude and when she found my envelope with my name on it she threw it at me and shut the window. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TERRIBLE OFFICE. I'D ADVISE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. My whole family has had bad experiences here, this is just mine. None of us will step foot in her practice again.
