  • We had an excellent experience with Vahn, and it was worth every penny. (And what a reasonable rate he charges!) We had placed an offer on a house that was conditional on home inspection. Vahn was very thorough and spent more than 3 hours going through the house. He was very generous with answering questions and explaining things along the way. He ended up uncovering some significant problems that would likely have cost more than $100k to properly resolve. We decided to rescind our offer because of this. We are very thankful to Vahn for sparing us from this potential nightmare, and we would trust him with any home inspections we need in the future.
