  • We want to say thank you to James at All Star Pools for fixing our Pool. We called in a service order through our home warranty company One Guard. James contacted us quickly and was able to set up an appointment for us the very next day. He is very polite and knowledgable. He also walk us through how to properly maintain our pool on daily basis. After James left, we called One Guard again for one time pool maintenance, the company they sent out is called Clear Pool Solution, which they told us they will test our pool water add chemical, brush, vacuum our pool. We also asked if they can check out filters to see if we need to get our filter washed and we will pay the extra. They only brush the pool and didn't do anything else. We have to call a recall service right away. At the recall service, we discover another part of our pump was broken, and we requested James again through One Guard. I can't tell you how awesome James is. Great customer service and very professional! If we have more pool problems, he will be the one we call! Thanks again James for all your help!
