Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I brought my Ipod in for repairs after being told they'd be able to do the repairs within 2 hours. I gave the Ipod to the gentleman at which time he made no mention of any mandatory labor fees (nor were there any signs indicating a mandatory fee of any sort). I came back to pick up my Ipod and was told that my motherboard was defective and it would be cheaper to just buy a new one. Before the employee gave my Ipod back to me he stated he would have to charge me something "for his time." I told him he didn't say anything about that and I didn't think I should have to pay for something he couldn't fix. The employee became irate and antagonistic. I told him me having to pay was crap at which point he attempted to lecture me about Ipod repair. I cut the conversation short, told him I only had 10 bucks on me, and left. In the grand scheme of things, ten bucks isn't anything. But in terms of customer service, what transpired today was unfair and predatory on so many levels...not to mention flat out rude.
