rev:text	They have remodeled this branch since I was in Glendale in December and not for the better! Instead of chairs with backs they now have long uncomfortable benches in the reception area. Very unappealing first impression of a business! The waiting line was very long before noon on Wednesday as well. Some people looked and left.
