| - We booked this hotel because we got tickets to see Mariah at Caesars Palace. The price was exactly the same as Aria (our usual spot and being an MLife member) - so we went with the shorter distance to the concert hall.
The room was nice but the beds were definitely not Queen size, they were more like a smaller Queen or larger Full size? Everything is extremely elegant in the room. However, our room is on the same level of the roof of the building next door - so it has an odd view.
The bathroom is gorgeous.
Staff was helpful to bring us extra towels, ice and turn down for the evening.
However, the 4 star is for the staff not being very helpful when we wanted to reserve a day bed for the pool. The staff just told us to do it online on our own. We already attempted to do that but it didn't work - twice! The Nobu Hotel concierge area is also really small.
The service at the Venus pool was phenomenal though. K J was great and always asked if we needed anything more.
When we checked out, we saw a charge of $14.99 for internet service, when we did not exceed two devices. The staff removed it. However, it's really silly that for a hotel of this stature, it was trying to charge customers for wifi. We already pay for the resort fee, what else is there to charge? I travel for business a lot, it's a scam that there's a charge for wifi!
(Oh, someone threw up in one of the three elevators, so it was tough to get around that night, but the staff was quick to respond.)
I would stay here again if I need to see another concert at Caesars.
