  • Wow !!! I am currently renting from from this realty company and I wish my lease was up already !!! Since the day I moved in the pool has been a mess. I Keep getting promises that they will be out to fix, and nothing has been done at all. They force me to talk to them so disrespectful. I pay $2095 a month and they promised to pay for landscaping and the fire alarms beeped for 2 weeks after moving in. The fridge just went out and they sent someone who has to order parts. Obviously haven't heard back from the realty company about anything. They continue to ignore all the issues! Saying someone will be out, but then someone comes and never lets me know if the repair has been done or not. Do not rent from this company, you will regret it !!! The owner of my home only goes through this company because he dates someone at this office and that's not professional for the front desk girl to tell me on the phone.
