  • Faith A. - my wife - essentially summed up everything I could say, so I can mostly only mirror her review. Dawn was a pleasure to work with, and we were fortunate enough to work with her on two fronts. First, when we were considering downsizing to a condo, she was focused on finding the perfect place for US. In our experience, too many realtors put their own interests first, leaving potential buyers and sellers short of their own dreams/plans/goals, all for the sake of moving a property. Dawn didn't use this approach, and that's why we never did find that condo worthy of leaving our house. She never pushed us in any direction we didn't want to go, even when some properties tempted us. Which ended up working out wonderfully because... ...a year or so later, when a job opportunity came up that required us to move out of out state, we already had a realtor on speed dial that we could trust to help us sell our home. Dawn was the ideal person to not only sell our house, but hopefully find the right person(s) to buy our home. She took the time to get to know us over the time we worked together, which made the entire selling process much more personable and pleasant. It only took 12 short days to find the buyers, and with us already living in Massachusetts, Dawn took it upon herself to make sure the rest went smoothly: finding the inspection company, handling the prep for the walk through, and dealing with all of the closing nonsense while we were remote. She also made herself available for any questions (and there were tons) that we had during the process, responding very quickly, and letting us know if/when she'd be unavailable so we weren't in the dark waiting for a reply. While selling a house can feel overwhelming, Dawn truly did make me look back and say, "that wasn't bad at all!" when it was all said and done. A lot of that was due to her clear communication in all phases of the process. If you're looking to buy or sell, definitely talk to Dawn! She'll put your interests first and go the extra mile to help you achieve your goal, whether it's buying or selling! Thanks again, Dawn!
