| - K9 Convenience did a superb job taking care of our dog!
In November this year we were finalizing our travel plans for Thanksgiving, which unfortunately meant we need someone to care for our dog - a Miniature Pincher. Our friends were planning on watching her for us while we were out of town, but changed their plans last minute which left us in a tight spot. We had used a kennel in the past, but hated how our dog always came how anxious and stressed out. Our dog is very particular; she gets nervous in new places, is timid around new people, and has epilepsy. She needs medication multiple times a day and someone who is very knowledgeable about animals.
Now we had to figure out how we were going to have her taken care of during the holidays on very short notice. We didn't want to take our pup back to a kennel, but didn't think we had many other options. Coincidentally, when talking about our situation to a friend of ours, they recommended Bob, someone they knew who provided at home dog care. We looked up their website and scanned through the reviews, all of which sounded like exactly what we were looking for. We decided to call Bob and he told us about K9 Convenience and walked us through everything they had to offer. We were convinced that K9 Convenience would be the best option for our dog.
Bob came over a few days later and set up a plan for us. Bob and his team came over multiple times a day to give our dog her medication along with some love and attention. They made sure that she was well taken care of and sent us daily updates on how she was doing. You can tell they really spend time with the dogs, because the updates had comments very specific to our dog. It was so reassuring to know someone was there with her and hear about how much she was enjoying their visits. Our kids loved reading the updates and were happy to know someone was giving their dog lots of belly rubs.
K9 Convenience is the only company we will trust with our dog from now on. I highly recommend them for anyone that wants to make sure their dog gets personal care and affection.
