  • Some stores give one the impression that being their customer requires an advanced degree in whatever their particular niche is, but Broadway Cycle has taken arrogance to an entirely new level: this is the only store I have ever visited where the manager yelled at me for "knowing nothing about the bike business". I would give 0 stars if I could.
