rev:text	I've eaten at a number of Brazilian steak houses all over the Eastern US and have to say this place was mediocre compared to the likes of Fago de Chao and Tejas de Brasil. I'm not sure if we caught them on an off night (all places have them now and then) or if this is a trend. First, Chima's meat was way too salty - to me a sign of poor quality meat with which they are starting. The selection of meats was probably better than at other places, but I'd rather have better quality and less selection. Plus, despite being touted, their "house speciality" I found was fatty, grissly and not that great. Moreover, they never brought around fish - again a nice option not always available at other places - despite us requesting it a few times. Second, the salad bar was mediocre - no feijoada that they had touted. Plus side was that they did have some nice sauces for the meats - especially liked the spicy steak sauce, it was a good change of pace. Third, the price - there were 4 of us (all men) and the price was comparable to other places for the meal itself. Where they get you those is the price of mixed drinks - $14 per drink. That's higher than other comparable restaurants in other cities (including Atlanta, DC, Chicago and NY). The service was solid & the waiter attentive. As another user said, it's a good experience and probably worth trying out if you've never been, but if there are other options for your experience, I would recommend them over Chima.
