Series of unfortunate circumstances have led to this review. We are renting through Park Avenue. We moved in on Halloween and have submitted over 10 maintenance requests. The first and major one being our washer was filled with disgusting water upon move in. We are going on 2 months to get the washer and dryer replaced. It's been a long process with a lot of frustrations. We hear complaints from the Park Avenue maintenance about how frustrating it is on their end but they are the ones who have made all the errors that have led to this process taking so long. Disregarded requests, long time between handymen to fix it, long time period to contact owner, ordered the wrong size washer/dryer... we've had so many phone calls, email exchanges, and even in person visits to the property management building to resolve issues. After 2 months, we are already sick of dealing with them!
Sick of excuses. Just want results.
