  • I decided on this nail salon because I've gone to the South Blv location several times and those times have been a hit or miss. I went to this location this past Saturday and upon entering I noticed their ambiance to be simple, yet beautiful. As I was waiting for a nail tech, I overheard the woman sitting across from me stating that they switched her nail appointment without letting her know and replaced her with someone else. She asked to speak with the manager, due to their lack of professionalism in not letting her know. I'm not sure if it was a simple mishap on their part or what. I can't remember the name of the nail tech, but I showed her a simple picture of an almond shape nail with hopes that she would be able to do the same with my nails. As she started doing my nails not only did I ask her to keep them short but not to put a lot of acrylic on my nails, she did the opposite. The shape of my nails came out to be more so on the sharp almond side, instead of the simple round almond shape that I requested. I noticed as she was applying the gel polish, she applied it on thick and was sloppy with it. I also noticed that the workers are not so friendly and more so on the stuck up side. Good customer service is important and after paying $65 for a full set, I was not pleased nor impressed by anything. Their gel selection colors are also limited leaving the customer with very few options. Overall, I was not impressed by my nail tech nor the customer service and I guess you are paying for the location. Also, no one offered complimentary drinks or a simple smile.
