  • Brought our car here to check the brakes based on good reviews. The good reviews must have been by relatives! They took our car on Friday and said it'd be done by end of day. We went by later when we hadn't had a phone call yet and the guy said the rotors needed turning and the owner, Robbie, would be by soon to pick up the rotors to have them turned elsewhere and brought back. Still he said ok by end of day. Never heard another word. Tried calling 5-6 pm, no answer. Tried Saturday morning every half hour 9-12. Again, no answer! Went over and the car was still on the rack, rotors still there, nothing. Guy (Freddie, I think) said owner never showed up and was not answering his phone. Then he said this was a common problem!! Another car was there with the transmission out, and they had been told two days and it was already three days and the owner had not picked up the transmission to have it fixed off site yet. He finally took the rotors next door to be turned and had it ready by 1. He also said their regular labor rate is $150/axle! Ridiculous! We will NOT BE BACK! We'll go next door!
