So I decided to stop by today to see why my new iPhone was having issues with app and battery getting warm at times. The first person that came out and greeted me was a Asian woman that barely understood what I was saying then an Asian man came from behind the curtain and said excuse me... I had to re-explain why I came into the store in the first place. The man grab my phone giggled and said oh it's your battery. I said that's not a diagnostic test on the phone! I said this is a brand-new phone he laughed and said it's a battery. What kind of customer service and what kind of free diagnostic test was that that was a waste of my time . I will never come back to the store even though my first experience here was great when I came to get my daughter screen fixed and was greeted by a white gentleman and was treated very well. I really wish the guy that originally help me the first two times that I've came to the store was there because the people that were there today had really poor customer service!!!!
