  • Went on a Thursday night, thought it would be slow. Turns out they were short staffed!!! Steph was really chill, even though as she was talking to me people kept walking in. She explained jewelry options to me, took my ID to make a copy, and had me fill out paperwork. Steph told me there was a 40 minute wait so I decided to go grab some food. I came back in perfect time the girl before me had just finished. I chilled on the couch for a minute and then Kevin came up to me, introduced himself, apologized for it being such a long wait, and asked me if I was nervous. He let me know he was going to take a cig break and then pierce me. He came back in the shop cleaned his area and called me back. He talked to me extensively about the piercing and finding the "sweet spot" in my nose instead of piercing the cartilage( which people assume is what is pierced during a septum) we rapped about my other piercings for a minute and then he got really close in my nose. He felt around and told me what he was going to do step by step. A inhale and exhale later I was pierced! I love it! Kevin and Steph were really nice even with the shop being busy and I will totes be back!!!
