  • The reason it's called Hungry Howies is because they don't deliver.... DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! Subpar poor quality product and the WORST customer service ever. The girl who answered was so out of it that it took ten minutes to order a small cheese pizza and wings. Learn your menu darling. I'm using exact terms from the menu to order and she was confused what a "build your own" small cheese pizza was. After dealing with the barely working website I called this location as a second option. I clearly gave her my EXACT address and she said it would be about 40 minutes. Well over 30 minutes goes by and I get a call to clarify the address. When I repeat the address she says oh I thought you said. .... .... this. Her mistake as I respeated the address numerous times and she said I was very close. Across the street actually. Now I should also mention I'm from out of town and visiting. So now she gives me major attitude because of her mistake and says I've called the wrong store and that my order isn't coming. So I proceed to tell her she should have told me this over a half hour ago. With this she slams down the phone and hangs up. No apology or I'm sorry i screwed up etc etc. Totally fckn rude. This employee should be fired immediately. She has zero skills and zero manners and should get ZERO stars. An hour wasted of my life ordering GMO trash I'll never get back.
