| - I bought my car a few years ago. I absolutely love my car, but I need a divorce from this dreadful dealership. They have done nothing but disrespect me from the moment I began the purchase transaction, when the salesman commented that I needed a man to pay for my car. After you buy your car, all of your interaction is with Service. With one exception, the people in the service department have been unpleasant to deal with. On those occasions when I can't wait with my car, I have to beg for a loaner car or a pick up service, and justify why I need it, and I am always treated as a secondary priority - I will get one only if they can spare it. The one time in three years that I stopped in and asked for the alleged free car wash they were "too busy to take me". This week, when I declined to contract for services that are not currently needed for my car, they were suddenly unable to provide a pick up or delivery to get the car back to me, even though they gave my husband no problems when he wanted the same help to bring the car in for service. So I waited an extra day for my car, when hey could find time for a driver to pick me up. And guess what? The driver wasn't even asked to come get me until the time I was told to be ready. So I left my office early for a pick up, and lost an hour of work standing around waiting for the driver who was obviously going to be very late, but no one even gave me the courtesy of a call to let me know. The entire episode was either intentionally vindictive or completely negligent. I see no hint of excellence anywhere in this dealership, and no evidence that they care about good customer service.
