Dawn,
It is unfortunate that you want to pretend like you were willing to help me and not give details of how YOU treated me. As a business owner, you should know how to treat a customer. You are well aware that I was not late to my appointment and that I was given the wrong time when I initially called to make my appointment. You also told me that you were present at the time your staff member called and confirmed the appointment with me. I advised you in person that I didn't speak to anyone from your office nor did you leave me a message. You were very condescending, argued with me about lying to you when I had absolutely no reason to lie about my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before the time I was given when I initially made my call. You did offer to stay late after telling me all of the inconveniences you'd be going through to "satisfy me". You also mentioned that Groupon only pays 50% to your business and how it wasn't worth staying late for me. I also never asked to combine a Groupon because my sister had her own appointment. I mentioned to you several of times that I would pay for any additional services I requested. If you want to sugar coat things and make it seem as if you are a pleasant business person willing to go the extra mile for me, knock yourself out. Every business owner knows that word of mouth will make or break your business.
