I've been a customer every two weeks for over a year, and Julie has lost another customer because she just doesn't care. The last few times I have gone to Pro Nails, it has been weird. She has lied to me about being able to accommodate a manicure and pedicure at the same time and has not been able to do so due to appointments (that I'm presuming she knew about when I asked about availability 2 minutes earlier). She hasn't made eye contact while I've been paying and just dangled a receipt in front of my face without pausing a conversation with a girlfriend in Vietnamese. And today when asked if everything was okay, I said no, and she shrugged and said "we did our best". Whatever; on to the next.
