Bought a part yesterday just before close. Got home and the appliance was fixed. Went in today, not even 24 hours later, to return and they would not refund this purchase. This is unacceptable business practice by todays standards. You can return ANYTHING. One of the excuses I got was "none of my competitors give refunds either". Hmmm. Light bulb! I would be the business that does. All this does is create frustration. So now instead of doing the right thing and issuing a refund, we will have to use this credit that we don't need. We obviously won't be a returning customer and will make sure that when someone does need a referral we can tell them where not to go. FYI, you're unable to post the review unless you give atleast 1 star. One more thing the guy told me "sorry", well I'm just as "sorry" for this review...
I will say the gentleman that helped us yesterday was very nice and I just bet if he were there today we would've got that refund.
