  • I usually wouldn't 1 star it, but I feel it's very necessary. We came here n bought a groupon which before buying we were told by desk person when we called that we could either purchase groupon or just pay at spa. We said we will just pay at spa since we know that groupon pays half. The appointment was for 3:00 which we were not taken until 3:15 then it was very average of a massage, the oil was ice cold. It was not relaxing. I am really disappointed in the service which ended at 3:40. It was the quickest massage in the world. I checked out n was told to buy the groupon n that they wouldn't honor the rate unless I purchased. I went on line n purchase it, but it was suppose to come w wine n pool which was not given to us when we checked in. When we checked in the tea was plugged in for water but not turned on, cold. Disappointed then I was tools I have to read the fine print n tip 21.00 which is 20%. I am usually a 5 star gal for Yelp but WOW! This place was really not good all the way around.
