| - If you want to feel like a number, or worse, a wallet, just take your Nissan to these guys for service. If there's any question as to whether a repair is covered by warranty, or not, these folks will always decide it's not, and you will pay. I think they've gotten the idea that Nissan Canada is their only boss. Certainly it's not the drivers of Nissans in Calgary. We know nothing, count for nothing, apparently. It's a perfect time to appoint another Nissan dealer in Northwest Calgary. Crowfoot or Beacon Heights would both be good locations.
Update: March 31, 2010 We have a new Nissan Dealer in NW Calgary. It's Royal Oak Nissan up on Spy Hill, beside the new Stoney Trail Mazda dealer. I like going there now. They are still getting organized but it's promising.
Update December 12, 2011 YELP is now facilitating rebuttals from merchants (see below). This is the beginning of the end for YELP. They are going the way of Angie's List and the BBB, both of which are irrelevant as consumer resources. Forgotten is the original concept that made YELP valuable for consumers; shared experiences by ordinary people spending their money. Now it's a forum for debate, for excuses and hollow apologies. No doubt YELP will soon be accepting paid ads from the same merchants. R.I.P. YELP.
