  • Their prices are much better than the 'other' major rental company in the valley. One of their associates is lacking customer service skills (which is why the star is missing), but for the price- what can you do? We ordered 100 chiavaris and pintuck napkins. They were VERY patient when I placed my VERY last minute order for a client, and were on time for delivery of our items. We were promised a refund for the delivery and set-up fee (it was a mistake on my end) and it was given back to us the day of the wedding- no hassle or issues. I'll be ordering from them again, but won't expect a friendly visit (Rosie is great though!) when I arrive to pick anything up :)
