  • I have been a resident here since the first six months it opened. I have a two bedroom unit with a roommate, and we have both enjoyed calling this home the last few years. I go to UNLV and work on the strip, so the location could not be any better for me. The neighborhood is not the safest, but I always feel safe inside the premises. The rooftop pool is definitely a unique feature that cannot be found anywhere else in the valley (unless you live on the strip). Over the past year, the gym has been rapidly aging. It needs maintenance asap, please! I enjoy the garage being covered, and the halls are usually clean (could be vacuumed more often). Many of my guests who visit have complained about the poor attitudes of the security guards on several occasions. I wish they were more welcoming to my guests... If looking to live here, pay the extra money to reserve a top floor apartment so you don't hear neighbors stomping around... oh and you will have higher ceilings, which is a nice added luxury to living.
