  • Westside gym in Surprise is a nice gym with one exception, when you walk in the door you are blasted with heavy metal music. So loud sometimes I cant wait to leave .We did ask the young man if he could turn the music down and he said he could turn it down a little bit. The volume never changed not sure if he turned it down or not .that was Sunday 4/22/2018 about 4.45 pm. We even bought head phones to block the noise out .most of the time its so loud even the headphones don't block it out. The gym has members of different ages, surely you can find some music that everyone would like. to make it more pleasurable for everyone to want to go there. Hopefully this can be resolved or we will consider other options. Thank you
