  • To be honest, I find La Carnita overrated. It's not a place I'm willing to wait in line for when there are plenty of other better taco places in Toronto. But this location is near my office and is a good location for a summer lunch so I still end up here from time to time. THE FOOD- The Mexican street corn is probably my favourite thing on the menu but like all the food at LC is overpriced for what you get. The tortilla chips in the chips and dip are fresh and well-seasoned, very yummy! I've tried most of the tacos and they're all good (although nothing really stands out) but once again they're overpriced for what they are. THE SPACE- This location is much bigger than any of the downtown ones, which makes for a much more pleasant dining experience. THE SERVICE- Our server was friendly and helpful, no complaints.
