  • Initially when our home was purchased, Clay was very helpful and provided a great experience, especially we were first time home buyers. Four years later when we tried to sell it we decided to sell through Clay again and ended up regretting it. If we hadn't needed to sell our house relatively quickly, we would have changed realtors. His assistant was unprofessional, the entire transaction was full of issues that could have been avoided, and he did not respect our wish to provide at least 24hrs notice before scheduling a showing. I did not feel that he was committed to the sale as the open house was barely advertised and the little advertisement that it did have was on very short notice.
